All thanks to the japanese 'fish' shop located in ION...

I am engrossed with their chocolate banana pancake / french apple cinnamon pancake / japanese azukimu pancake.

So the first version is...

YES! I know it looks horrendous.  But truth be told, it tastes edible for a first timer...  Custard was not thick enough, tart skin was too thick.  I have limited space to roll out the dough! Haha! Excuses right?

Anyway, I'm gonna try another type.  The cold fruit tart type.  Hope I can make better custard the next time round.
