I bought fruit & nut biscotti from Swiss Bakes @ Cold Storage last night.
I have always liked biscotti, but too costly to eat everyday.  So, I made my own.


Too bad the slices are not wood shaving thickness. (Impossible to slice thinly by hand) Sigh.
