My mother-in-law mentioned that she was sick of eating fried/steamed fish. So I suggested baking the fish instead.
I came up with the concoction awhile later... This was the outcome:
Baked Butter & Lemon Fish
The second dish I baked this morning was this:
Chocolate Swiss Roll with Peanut Butter filling

ReplyDeletei juz followed the recipe & brave the heat by spreading the filling immediately upon removal of oven then immediately rolled it up.
apparently, the cake is still moist, it sticks better and can prevent cracks.
but the cake is really hot, scalding my palms a little as i do not have mitts in my house.
